A: Coaches and clients communicate though a free live voice chat program called Skype, it's just like talking on the phone and simple to use, all you need is a headset to talk and listen.
Q: How long do sessions run for?
A: A coaching session usually runs for 90 minutes or length of your tournament.
Q: How many coaching sessions should I purchase?
A: The number of coaching sessions needed varies depending on the individual,
your coach of choice usually secretly watches you play and learns what your strengths and weaknesses are, and then discusses this with you to determine the amount of sessions required to properly assist you.
Q: How do I schedule a coaching session?
A: First you contact the coach that suits your specific needs and explain to them
what you feel your problems are, after the coach of choice observes you playing,
you then discuss how many sessions are required, and then you proceed to their
coaching page and purchases the required amount of session though the shopping cart.
Q: When are coaches available?
A: Coaches live all around the world and are in different time zones, coaches Schedule sessions at a time that suits you both, if you've purchased multiple sessions, 1 session per week is usually the normal schedule.
Q: What coach is best suited for me?
A: If you're having problems determining what coach is best for you, contact our coaching director and they will review your problems and direct you to the coach that best suits your needs.

A: You have the choice of what poker sites you wish to play at during any coaching session.
Q: Does my session fee include the buy in at the poker site?
A: No, you are responsible for all buy in's while in a coaching session.
Q: Do I receive email support when I purchase coaching sessions?
A: Yes, all coaches will be more than happy to answer all your questions via
e-mail and sometimes directly though Skype prior to your first session and
up to your last session, coaches usually do follow ups and keep in touch with you
