We invite our subscribers and members to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that each subscriber abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on and we maintain a positive learning environement for all members to enjoy.

Failure to abide by these rules and terms of use can result in immediate termination of access to this site, without refund or recourse.

For purposes of these Terms of Use, the term "site" and "Club" shall mean the website located at www.RoyalFlushClubMembers.com, owned by Royal Flush Club, Inc., responsible for the management and operation of this site.  The term "member", "subscriber", "user" and "you" refer to the site's registered users, who agree to abide by these Terms of Use in connection with their membership of the site.

Terms of Use

1. Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this kind of account sharing abuse immediately, and will automatically suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
   

2. You may use the site on as many computers as you want (e.g., at home, at work), so long as you're only logged on to the site from one PC at a time (this prevents piracy from people sharing their logins/passwords).
   

3. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright.
   

4. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed, except in classified ad forums and by approved poker coaches and mentors. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums.
   

5. No recruitment of members for unapproved, private or external functions is allowed. Only official Royal Flush Club coaches and leadership members may organize functions, events, study groups, webinars, teleconferences or other events for our members.
   

6. Please use your own name when posting to the discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.
   

7. Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the discussion groups. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed.
   

8. Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in the discussion forums.
   

9. Do not use negative, ranting, vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forums. Do not libel or defame others. This site strongly disapproves flaming, ranting, and negative posts, which can create a foul community environment.
   

10. When you post content in the discussion forums, you permit this site to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to this site the complete, perpetual, and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a fully-paid, royalty-free basis.
    
    We do try to avoid editing or deleting messages posted on the discussion forums, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable or erroneous postings, or postings that may be damaging, violate our terms of service or have legal consequences. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not this site. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums and site.
    

11. Do not promote, link to or refer members to competitive sites of any kind, in our forums or elsewhere on this site.

Video and Content Usage Restrictions

Club content is made available under a limited-license for use:

All Club website, video, audio, textural and other content is licensed for our Club member's personal use on a single Personal Computer (PC) device at a time:

  1) Online use on a PC as "streamed" media, where video plays in a supported player (e.g., Windows Media Player or Flash player), where "PC" device is defined as a a personal computer device running the full Windows operating system (e.g., Windows XP, Windows Vista or their successors) or the Apple Mac OS X operating system.

  2) Download and use on a single PC as local media, where video plays in a supported player.

Club video, audio and other content is licensed for your personal use only while you are an active member in good standing with the Club.  Upon cancellation of your Club membership, you hereby agree to delete all copies of Club video, audio or other content from all PC equipment and other media on which it is stored.

Club video, audio and other content on our site is NOT licensed for offline use, where "offline use" includes storage or use on non-PC devices such as DVD player, CD players, IPOD, MPEG players or other devices not listed in #1 or #2 above.  You hereby agree not to download or use Club video, audio or other content on these unsupported, unlicensed devices.  Violation of this policy is grounds for membership termination and/or legal remedies available under applicable law.

Club content may not be copied, altered or otherwise transmitted, except as properly licensed for personal use above.  Any other use, transmission, copying, alteration, derivative works or other unlicensed use of Club content will be considered copyright infringement and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Copyright and Trademark Law
All content and graphics on this site are protected by U.S. copyright and international treaties and may not be copied or re-used without the express written permission of this site, which reserves all rights .

Content Ownership
All content posted by members on this site immediately becomes the property of Royal Flush Club, Inc. and you grant Royal Flush Club, Inc. a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free license in and to content that you post to this website.  You further agree not to post any material that is copyrighted or from another website.

Forum Rules
Our Forum Rules and guidelines are posted here and incorporated by reference.  All members on this site are expected to comply with these Forum Rules and these Terms of Use.  Violations will result in editing or deletion of such posts, and repeated violators will be banned from the site. 

Termination
Royal Flush Club may choose to terminate these services at any time, with or without cause and without notice to User.  If a user knowingly or willfully violates these Terms of Use and/or our Forum Rules, as determined solely by the Management Team of this site, the user's membership may be terminated, and such user will receive no refunds of any kind.

Updates to these Terms of Use
Royal Flush Club may choose to terminate these Terms of Use at any time, in its sole discretion, and is under no obligation to provide notice about such updates or changes.  It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms of Use from time to time to remain current with changes or updates, if any.

Limitation of Liability
THIS SITE PROVIDES THE INFORMATION, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ON THIS WEBSITE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THIS SITE, ROYAL FLUSH CLUB, INC. AND ITS MANAGEMENT TEAM SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT FOUND ON THE THIS SITE FORUMS AND THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE FORUMS AND ANY DOWNLOADING OF MATERIALS FOUND ON OR THROUGHOUT THE THIS SITE FORUMS IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER OR DATA THAT RESULTS.
